I just wanted to thank you for all your help in securing a rental van for my friend Brian. You taking the time to come into the office after hours and getting the van ready was going way above and beyond what is expected.  You really saved the day as I had no way of getting my friend home after his wheechair van caught on fire in Battle Creek.  I wanted to take the time to let you know that all businesses would be better off if there were more people like you.  Next time Brian needs a conversion he will contact you for his van.  I will also spread the word about your great service to all my friends and let them know they can get a wheelchair van when theirs is not in service.

With the grace of God, it takes a little of everyone from here and there to keep us going. When Brandon saw the condition of the lift system and the disfunctional EZ-Lock in our van, and understanding my situation, he immediately contacted Don. Right then, together taking responsibility for our health and safety, I was given a service appointment to take care of the desperate needed maintenance. On arrival of my appointment, I was pleasantly greeted by everyone. There was no lag time to get started on the task at hand. What seemed like a lot to do, didn't take long for the knowledgeable, hardworking crew to accomplish. I left your great establishment feeling blessed as ever, with a good peaceful state of mind.

With a couple of miles down the rough road later, I realized that the lift system was no longer rattling and banging. Now my son Cody and I are able to maintain a good conversation during our travels. I sure hope that you feel grateful to have the ability to help those truly in need. Thanks for your part in keeping us safe and "rolling."

From the moment I picked up the phone and made a cold call to Clock Mobility in Grand Rapids, I was impressed! Josh Burgess answered...and I am so thankful that he did. From the beginning, Josh was eager to help! Within days, he arranged for a side by side comparison (Braun vs VMI) to be brought to Kalamazoo. He was helpful, knowledeabl,e and so very easy to work with! Josh quickly answered all my questions and worked diligently with my insurance company and the bank. Overall, the service has been outstanding! I am so happy that we worked with Clock. Both the Grand Rapids store and Kalamazoo store (Matt Goodlock) provided excellent sales and service!

 My son and I had such an amazing and positive experience at Clock Mobility. We went in one afternoon to educate ourselves about conversion vans, as we thought it would be a daunting experience. We were thinking we would get a van in maybe a year or two, but after our experience with Josh Burgess, the salesman we talked with there, we came back and purchased a new van two days later. He was so helpful in guiding us and helping us through making all the decisions based on my son's needs and was so incredibly knowledgeable about the vans that he made our decision so easy to make. The amount of time he spent with us and his follow through and sensitivity to my son's needs was incredible. I'm so thankful we went in that day. What a blessing he was and everyone there treated us like family. I've never had as positive an experience buying anything like I did there.

Just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how much we appreciate the experience we have had with you and the rest of the employees who work at Clock Mobility. Everything from the time we first spoke with you on the phone through to the time we picked the van up at delivery was a fantastic experience. The professionalism that you and the staff have shown us is phenomenal. It means a lot to us to have someone care about us above just making a sale. We appreciate the fact that you would work with us trying to make a big van work in our budget and then bringing a mini van to us so that we could see if it was possible that a small one would work. It surprised me that our son would fit .The delivery time was also quicker than I expected.
