I just wanted to thank you for all your help in securing a rental van for my friend Brian you taking the time to come into the office after hours and getting the van ready was going way above and beyond what is expected.  You really saved the day as I had no way of getting my friend home after his wheechair van caught on fire in Battle Creek.  I wanted to take the time to let you know that all businesses would be better off if there were more people like you.  Next time Brian needs a conversion he will contact you for his van.  I will also spread the word about you great service to all my friends and let them know they can get a wheelchair van when theirs is not in service.

With the grace of God, it takes a little of everyone from here and there to keep us going. When Brandon seen the condition of the lift system, and the disfunctional EZ-Lock in our van, and understanding my situation he immediately contaced Don. Right then, together taking responsibility for our health and safety, I was given a service appointment to take care of the desperate needed maintenance. On arrival of my appointment, I was pleasantly greeted by everyone. There was no lag time to get started on the task at hand. What seemed like a lot to do, didn't take long for the knowledgeable, hardworking crew to accomplish. I left your great establishment feeling blessed as ever, with a good peaceful state of mind.

With a couple of miles down the rough road later, I realized that the lift system was no longer rattling and banging. Now my son Cody and I are able to maintain a good conversation with in our travels. I sure hope that you feel grateful to have the ability to help those truly in need. Thanks for your part in keeping us safe and "rolling."
